This relates to the products and services we provide. We want to be problem solvers to our customers. A key word in this phrase is "innovative." The dictionary says this about innovate: to introduce something new; make changes in anything established.

. . . as we positively influence all people involved . . .
This phrase refers to the culture of our company. Whether it is our employees, our customers, our suppliers, or other friends of the company, we want to positively "influence" all people involved. That same dictionary says this about influence: to exercise influence on; affect; sway: to influence a person.

. . . and operate a profitable and sustainable business.
This phrase says we want to run the business in a way that makes money and will be operating long into the future.
